And by the looks of it, this scenario is not impossible. I am shocked to see the number of people still traveling for vacation purposes... I agree but Australia & NZ had the benefit of being so far from every other continent. Also they said in the article it doesn't seem to be vulnerable to vaccines, so idk if it's fearmongering because I remember before when they said the brazilian variant would change everything about vaccines right now and it doesn't seem like it did, although it increased deaths and kept the cycle going all over the world. It's not going to go anywhere and it's not going to magically poof away.
