Its click bait headlines, 40 million odd AZ vaccines have been  issued with virtually no serious side effects.  Nothing is 100% safe- someone, somewhere will have a bad reaction-doesnt make it unsafe for tens of millions.

Unless of course you want this covid misery to carry on for another 5 years

Its more reported because (as I said in my other quote) the liability isn’t holded by AstraZeneca. Thats why governments are quick releasing statements to not get sued. On the otherhand they don’t hold liability for Pfizer and Moderna, were only the companies can be sued. In the end its politics being scared of loosing money and the media being fed by them. 
 

Also as I said, almost EVERY medic on earth, some which you can get without prescription, can cause death. Its written on every medication you can buy out there. 
 

Don’t know about this one but the risk of blood clotting (not even death) with AstraZeneca is 0,0006% ....every other medic wishes to have such numbers when it comes to dangerous side effects.

Sorry I only associate with the best brands. Pfizer is like the Apple of vaccines, Moderna is the Samsung...AstraZeneca is looking like a Blackberry. Sorry, I only want Apple or Samsung, y'all can't change my mind.

This. Tbh Media should not be allowed to report about vaccines (and corona in general) the way they want.

I think the most trust into vaccines and AstraZeneca was lost thanks to the media.

There should be some proofreading of healines like this for big news outlets. Obviously there is press freedom but atm I wish there would be more headlines about how safe the vaccines are. Because they are safe

Unfortunately they don't care about that. They care about traffic through their sites as that's how the monies made. Disappointing but not surprising.

Right nobody talks about the fact that the AstraZeneca Vaccine is completely non profit. Or that it did much better then in the studies. Or that first studies show that it protects from transmission too

Especially when it comes to vaccines we should be VERY careful which news outlets you read. Some are just here for the dramatics and clicks...

This is especially bad when countries like mine are barely getting vaccines and now our upcoming shipments will be Astrazeneca but people are panicking and they do not want to get vaccinated anymore. It's really driving me insane. I had to explain everything to my parents (who THANK F*CK got convinced easily), but not everyone has that much access to scientific knowledge and mainstream media is obviously more accessible. Get vaccinated with any vaccine that's available and thank whoever you believe in that you even have access to a vaccine. I'm really tired of people being brats about this when they don't even understand wtf they're saying.

It's horrendous really isn't it, the media should be celebrating it, the astrazeneca is outperforming its trials by a landslide in the UK. Showing to be AS EFFECTIVE as the Pfizer jab with real world data. They should be shouting that from the rooftops to help vaccine uptake in other countries. Deaths here are down 80% in a month. Amazing.

Yes it is a joke BUT I am waiting for Pfizer or Moderna. It's my body and I get to choose what I put in it. Yes, I know every vaccine and medication has risks but the point I want to stress is: just like my investment portfolio, I want to reduce risk as much as possible. I'm lucky to be able to stay home for as long as I want so I'll be doing that until then. xoxo.
