Yet when you place her alongside people like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Selena, Gaga, there's a sense of maturity in these women that I can't see in her. If you MUST compare women, wouldn't it make more sense to compare her to other 18 year olds like the Tik Tok stars? But Megan was 'meltdowning' over Beyonce, a black woman who has inspired her when she was a child. Beyonce is the reason Megan became a star. Now I don't think there's anything wrong with Billie fangirling over Beyonce, but Billie was meltdowning over Ariana Grande and Megan Thee Stallion, one is her peer (Megan) and the other (ariana) is too new to be considered as a legend like Gaga or Beyonce or Britney. Also if everytime somebody gives her an award she goes like "I don't deserve it you do", how does that make the person who didn't win feel? Sitting there losing a general category Grammy listening to Billie Eilish talking about how they themselves deserved it even though the Grammy is still Billie's? I think people keep forgetting that fact because she looks mature and her mannerism can be quite mature.
