Either changing this character’s behaviour or removing it is the right thing to do. If we extend this further, all horror movies and serial killer documentaries will make people violent killers? We are able to watch images and then not do those behaviors in our lives. Art focuses on conflict and often shows us the worst parts of human behavior. If we rid it of conflict, then what's it going to be about? Nice people being nice to each other and everyone agreeing? I don't understand this way of thinking. Characters can do things in movies that we shouldn't do in life. Putting something in a movie is not a declaration that this is good behavior and that you should repeat it. Educate children about consent. Fund sex education.
