I understand how important is to call out racism and all. However, I just don't get what she gains with this exposé. Is she trying to get people's empathy? Also, I find it funny that she hasn't even tried to learn how the royal family works. How don't you know you're supposed to bow for the Queen, even indoor? She simply doesn't understand how important is the Royal Family as a political institutional, she really just want to have a happy family. Well, good luck girl with your life. Just stop talking about the Firm.

I mean, sad for her and whatever, but damn can't they just focus on themselves now and leave the ugliness of the royal family behind? After all isn't it why they left it in the first place? Why are they seeking attention all of a sudden? 

I could not care less about the royal family, to me it's outdated and serves close to no purpose. I see her points when it comes to racism and how she was treated and so on, but damn what is the aim of this interview?

Despite the backlash now, I do believe History will look back well on Meghan.

There was one thing I was unsure of, and I'm cautious of not wanting to downplay the racism aspect which is obvious and disgusting, but it was my understanding that The Queen had been purposefully reducing the amount of Princes and Princesses and reserving those titles to children of the Monarch and the children of their first born.

Obviously this was not the case for Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, but I could have sworn that there was discussion when Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were born that, in an attempt to avoid an army of little princes and princesses running around, protocol would be changed so that the titles would be reserved for a smaller circle of people.

The best I could find when googling is that this was more so the case for Charlotte as "Grandchildren born to the sons of the monarch receive the title of Prince or Princess, but those born to the daughters of a monarch don't". So I could be remembering it completely wrong.

Either way Royalty is an outdated institution built on imperialism, racism, sexism and privilege. It surprises me that conversations were had about the potential skin colour of Archie (because, what the f*ck??), but I believe it.

I agree about dismantling the royal family - but what do you actually want Harry and Meghan to do? They are famous and they always will be. Harry was born into a fame and privilege he does not deserve but also one he did not ask for. 

He is accustomed to a certain lifestyle, but there are also genuine security concerns (which he mentions) that are expensive to resolve. When he said that, if it wasn't for the wealth he inherited from his mother, he wouldn't be able to afford the security him and his family needs I don't doubt it. Especially in the U.K.

I don't fault Harry and Meghan using their profile to strike up deals with Netflix/Spotify and attempt to build a new public image in the same way I don't fault Kendal and Kylie using the platform (essentially created by Kim) they grew up on to become super models, influencers and/or build business empires.

Royals are rich people who were born privileged.
Harry is just a spoiled kid, who always got what he wanted, never knew how real life looks life.
He probably promised Rachel that she will have Disney's princess life but it seems he 'forgot' to tell her about some rules like this one why their son won't get title. maybe Harry is the biggest liar in this whole story 

Harry had thought that he would always be afforded protection because he was a royal by birth and therefore 'inherited the risk' that comes with being in that position. 
He left the family and his duties but still wanted taxpayers to pay his bills, he probably has no idea where does the money come from.
anyway Canadian taxpayers paid for their security when they were in Canada but they 'forgot' about it.
