I don't think Gaga is performing since she just started recording Gucci and is not even in the US, unless she has pre-recorded something but I doubt it. To be honest I'm pretty sure she's losing those Grammys to Future Nostalgia or Folklore and Exile so she's probably not going to waste her time with it.
