Being 16 and having a big name text you and manipulating you into sexting is grooming and exposing your body to them is sexual assault, period. That's why I stated in my opinion.  Laws and morals are two different things.  You can be become a registered sex offender if you have to pee really bad and just went outside behind a tree and someone saw you and called the police.  I don't agree the 16 y/o was manipulated in any traumatic or meaningful way.  Did James know he was under age before he sent the butt pictures?.....were you inside his mind and do you know if he knew?  Was the 16 y/o so scared for his life that he thought blocking Jame was not an option?  Did James live next door to him and the kid was to afraid to not respond? Clearly the kid was not shy or bashful enough to not go to report him to the police.  His behavior and demeanor  is VERY telling.

Now with this same logic, where you in the minors head to know what was his goal? And did you know he did actually report to the police? Which means he will get no money or any settlement, and don’t say fame or clout because he is not becoming famous right now, on the contrary feels like shît that people are questioning him.

James tried to procure child p0rnography from a 16 y/o which is against the law. The kid did exactly what any good citizen would do — report him to the police.

Find them yourself, if you’re gonna defend James this aggressively you should have checked the receipts first, they’re actually here in the thread somewhere, they’re on Twitter and TikTok, and the police investigation is underway, it takes time to develop idk how fast it goes where you live but in the US those things take time.

I saw his video....I saw Jame's response.  I saw what both sides claimed.  Should I just blindly believe his "messages" as receipts .....should I blindly believe James's Charles response?  I try to be impartial and see what makes sense based on the evidence and behavior of both parties involved.

He clearly contradicted himself seconds later. You don’t aim at the “absolute youngest” just for them to “look a little bit older”.
