In fact, I don't think she ever did. She might hinted in lyrics, but I doubt the GP would latch so much into it to the point most people can say what you said they do.

she has experienced gender-based struggles in her life. from sexual harassment, to discrimination from her record label, to the media’s behaviour towards her. she has experienced misogyny, like any woman, regardless of other factors.
