It’s in the courts right now to see if a legal referendum by the Scottish Parliament.

I know right, the thing is Bojo cannot stop democracy. If they are demands for a second referendum they should be.

If the Majority of scottish MPs want a referendum and have the finances for it then one should be given.

It's the people of Scotlands choice whether the rest of the UK like it or not.

It should not be the Scottish MPs choice. It’s up to the Scottish people. If we elect a majority SNP Government to Holyrood in May (which is looking likely) we will be holding a referendum (legally)
