I understand jazz isn’t for everyone but she always seems happiest singing jazz and the way your comment was worded you’d rather her be in a pop star box. Her acting is just something you’ll have to accept as many people enjoy her acting and it’s paying off very well for her. Don’t forget Gaga always wanted to be an actress before she wanted to be singer songwriter. Gaga not promoting her own album is her own issue, yes I’d enjoy this era a lot more had she been more passionate about it (for lack thereof a better word) but it’s whatever now. The merch and tour issue is something Bobby needs to address at the very least if Gaga isn’t going to address it. not a bank loan for Tudor lmao but I get it, I didn't buy anything non related to chromatica this era. I used to buy everything she did on side, it's not the same anymore. I bought C2C and everything she was selling that era as it was a side project from her pop career. Now Chromatica is the side project. I don't have a problem with her being an actress. If anything I looove when she does things for the gp like movies or tv shows. but she became who she is because of her music and it's sad for her to go from saying pop music will never be low brow to a complete 180. Then again in the 911 era CBS interview she said making that Chromatica healed her and she doesn't hate fame as much or at all anymore. This whole era has been a little frustrating. I guess the reason why she keeps making music and she keeps acting is because she does love doing it which plays into some fans' favourite line "music not the bling" I do think however we'll be getting more "Beyoncé self titled" type of eras in that we'll be getting fewer performances and she'll do grand scale tours with fewer dates because of her health. If they'd already started stage design that could be millions more down the tube. It's not easy to just go "ah well, cancel the thing".
