I was asking the same question on Reddit. It comes down to legality. The victims send him videos and pictures, with false pretenses , yes , but the moment you send videos or pictures to someone willing you lose legality. So there’s nothing legal they can do. 
the only entity that can sue him is HBO for defamation for using their name but is probably not even worth it.

Thank you for that explanation. You'd think he could at least be sued for fraud... it just seems so wrong he can just go on talk shows now like nothing happened.

The post has been updated to better reflect the nature of Pie's transgressions, changing "sexual assault" to "sexual misconduct." 

Essentially, she pretended to be a (female, I think) casting producer in order to get "nude scenes" from actors

Gurl let's just hear what she has to say. Let her at least own up and publicly apologize to the victims. If y'all keep her in the forever cancelled category, her and people like may very well continue making horrendous actions since they'll feel redemption is out of the question. This is not to say she can be forgiven for her actions but let her redeem herself by taking accountability. If she does act defensive about it however, she'll probably never get another chance to speak on the matter again.
