I get the excitement, and its fair to want to get them but PLEASE do not be that adult who buys out fifty Happy Meals and leaves nothing for the children

I mean in this day and age is it really a big deal that a child in 1st world country misses out on a happy meal.

Like go get them a bag of sliced apples, Sandra. :triggered:

Its fine to purchase and keep for your collection, but theres no reason to be purchasing fifty or any other ridiculous amount just to resell and post on eBay, etc. These are literally children's toys and ruins it for them

Yes, I agree that purchasing 50 Happy Meals for shiny cardboard is ridiculous especially for the purpose of scalping.

But Pokemon cards aren't just for children :teehee:

Lmao my roommate is a huge Pokémon fanatic and she does this. Except the McDonald's around here will sell the cards for $1 without the purchase of a Happy Meal. I think she spent about $50 so far and has made over triple that amount reselling the cards.

It's all Logan Paul's fault. He bought first edition base set boxes for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and publicised it on YouTube, opening all the packs, and making the trading card aspect popular again.

Pokemon's 25th anniversary is this month, and there are 50 separate cards in the set.

So of course everyone wants to catch em all!

(Anyone got a holo Squirtle?)

Do YOU own the 4' by 6' Perfect Illusion promo Poster? Will pay you for it. Pic: http://i.imgur.com/UWuzumk

I have been ordering 2 Happy Meals daily because I want to collect the cards!! I've always had the Pokemon craze since a kid. :derpga: (Don't worry guys, I get the apples as my side instead of the fries 😂)

Pokemon GO and the Switch games have had our generation hooked for the past few years. The reason Logan started re-collecting the cards was because his investor friends said demand was on the rise, so it was already happening.

Also before this Logan already had a Squirtle tattoo on his butt so at least you know he's a legit fan  :toofunny:

This is a random story that I have about McDonalds.

I once walked into one and there wasn't really any customers - I think there was just a couple. This was unusual as it was a Sunday, so it's usually busy. I go to the counter with my cousin and we order. I notice none of the staff are really doing anything, instead they're stood around. After we finish our order, the staff say to us "we have no food, we only have a cheeseburger and two portions of medium fries, do you want them?". My face was like this:

We said no and left. It was bizarre. They must not have had any food deliveries in days.

Gagas lil monster

I work at McDonald's in Australia and I think it was roughly 54.8% of all Victorian McDonald's are facing a shortage of most things including cups, bacon and some cases even beef (if I can even call it that) patties :laughga:

With Peace and love
