I know no candidate is perfect but he pretty much got to work and has been running since Jan 21. 

His work ethic is admirable and it is so inspiring to have someone in office that actually wants to work and do the nitty gritty stuff. For that, I admire him. 

But then again, Trump set the bar so dirt low that anyone who goes after him --that is not him-- would have had somewhat positive reviews too. In Biden's case, he also worked hard for it.

That's true but Republicans don't want to admit but America as a whole is more progressive than republicans want to think. When we take the Democrat/Republican labels off More people gravitate towards the democratic policies overall.

He's not flashy. He doesn't speak all that well. He's not as progressive as I'd like. But he's solid and honest and works hard.

I mean 251-286 is a pretty close race electorally speaking....and it’s VERY HARD to defeat an incumbent wartime president.

You act like Kerry got absolutely routed like Carter and Mondale did against Regan

Bush was very unpopular. The campaign was obviously ineffectual. Kerry missed Florida, Georgia and Ohio. It’s not just electoral vote margins, he lost the popular vote and key states here.

Erm no. Thinking about your leaders 24/7 is called fascism. Thats a mental prison for a population.

Of course you hold them and wider government accountable but you shouldn't think about them more than needed in a democratic free society.

You're missing my point completely.

What I'm trying to say is that there is finally a president where we are not on high alert thinking about what reckless **** he is going to do next, whether it be policy, staged lies or something inflammatory he would say on Twitter. As it should be.

Im not saying we shouldn't be aware of what Biden is doing, of course people need to be informed, Im saying that he doesn't warrant constant attention and fear of "what next" as Trump did. Trump going is a huge relief in that respect.
