I disagree. It shows people appreciate Tony's talent and contribution. And his relationship/work with Gaga. It would be much weirder if nobody was interested after an announcement like this. It's not really. I guess it's just reminded people that Tony exists and he may have great work to seek out. I also don't fully understand why people cry over albums that sell posthumously. Like, yeah, I get people should have recognised them when they were alive but it's really not a bad thing, media & news just triggers memory and encourages people to listen. Remember when MJ died and everyone was like "ugh, if only they purchased when he was alive" and I just laughed cos the man got more than enough attention/recognition 😂🤦🏻♂️ I think it's because that people who didn't listen to SOPHIE when she was alive now are.
