But I won't be surprised if PopCrave (which thrives on drama) and/or someone else takes the "powerless" quote and runs with it and people start screaming "you're a wealthy, privileged woman, how dare you scream about feeling powerless." Like any person of privilege who discusses the difficult of how they are dealing with the pandemic gets dragged, even though they aren't like saying they have it worse or even comparing it to others. It's a bit ridiculous. Can't even recall who it was—maybe a comedian—who mentioned being glad it was almost over as they missed their family and people were like "you aren't a restaurant worker who lost their job!" I'm fairly far left, too, but the twitter outrage machine can be ridiculous as they occasionally flip out if a rich person dares to mention the pandemic as the outrage machine somehow construes it as them comparing their plight or saying they have it worse or ignoring the plight of others. But hopefully I'm wrong! Tbh. I talked about this before and ill say it again. Just because someone has an issue less severe than someone else doesnt mean their issues arent still valid The priveledged may not be going thru the same economic difficulties many are. Guess what? Neither am i, i got the highest paying job i ever had in the middle of the first shut down ironically. It doesnt mean the pandemic hasnt affected me in other ways and it doesnt mean its a bad thing to talk about it just because im not having it as bad as many others are. I never said feel sorry for me like im the biggest victim of all of this Celebrities get asked about their life and talk about their life, its natural for them to talk about something as big as the pandemic and how it has affected them. They are not claiming to have it as bad as many out there
Jillie 115
I think that’s why she’s not been promoting as heavily too. She knows people are struggling. She doesn’t want to take the attention and focus away from those who are struggling with grief, joblessness, hunger, and injustices. She doesn’t feel right about dancing and celebrating when others can’t right now. She wants to use her platform to do something to help. I think that’s great she does. We should be thankful for how dedicated she’s been to helping out during this pandemic.

She should be my coach. I'm even lazier than I was before. It's really hard no to be rude to others because I feel like they are rude to me.

Leoooo 2,284
"I really encourage people to move their bodies and be in the world. Wear masks, stay safe, but don't forget to move. Because when your energy's stagnant like that, it really can lead to mental health problems," she said. "I really believe that by practicing everyday skills... like moving your body, drinking lots of water, eating healthy, making sure to take care of yourself, self-care – these are things that we have to make sure that we're doing to take care of our minds." Best takeaway from this, and as many of us sit on our computers right now, it can be seriously good advice! I get now more than ever was the reason this era was haulted wasnt because there was literally no way to do promo, but she was feeling too much of the worlds pain to 'celebrate' anything thats all about her yano. We stan an empathetic queen, and we knew this
