It's super common, it happens all the time in the feeds of Denny's, Wendy's, and other brand feeds that got Twitter-popular for making really topical, strange, or funny posts. Also, one social media manager can manage a bunch of different accounts and brands. For all we know, these posts and replies could all be the same guy talking to himself and directing your attention to all these different brands to have in mind for the next time you go grocery shopping or order food.
