'The ruling will be published today in the Journal of Laws,' the government said The announcement is expected to spark major protests. In October, the Constitutional Court said terminating pregnancies due to foetal abnormalities should be illegal. In October, I was in protests where people were doused with tear gas and beaten by the police until they break your bones, and put into arest. They won't kick Poland out of the EU as they need the Polish work force and market especially post Brexit, losing another big country would cause a lot more damage to the Union. Poland is a nation, not goverment, and majority of polish people didnt want to change abortion law. Kicking out of EU will be punishment for the people, not for the goverment. Also very great majority of polish nation wants to be in UE.
