In January 6th, these people were out for blood. They were going to lynch the VP and publicly execute Congresspeople. Some of them have connections to the military and police. This is why we’re worried.

I fear a bomb would be more likely planted and then detonated than a shooter which is at risk of not killing its intended target as gruesome as that sounds

Guys, we're talking about the inauguration of one of the most powerful people on earth. Security is amped up to unprecedented levels. And besides, all the deranged far/alt-right conspiracy theorists are already moving the goalpost and saying that Biden's inauguration is all "part of the plan" and that "something will happen" at a later undetermined time.  

It's perfectly reasonable to be anxious and worried, but just keep these things in mind.

I wonder how much bulletproof glass they have. If everyone inside the glass has no weapons, and the guards with assualt rifles are on the other side of the glass, would feel safer. Unless something happens inside like with a plastic gun.

Everything will be fine, I don't think it should be done remotely, that's a sign of fear and will only add fuel to the q anon fire that's things are being done in secret and hid away. It needs to be a show of strength and power, not tucked away cowering. Its worth the risk.
