There’s more to it than that, it lasts different times on different kinds of surfaces, and much of the things in the White House aren’t just average items, the carpets/fabrics/flooring/wallpaper all have to have extra care because of their age. Not to mention that this probably also includes a bug sweep, since Trump literally let anyone in, even the Russians.
