I don't understand this part of it lol Pelosi essentially wanted to put through a 100% consensus vote that the 24 hr would start today for VP Pence without the whole house needing to vote on its passage, but because there was one objection it automatically goes to a votec which will be held tomorrow when it is expected to pass, the 24 hours for Pence to use the 25th amendment will start tomorrow after that vote and on Wednesday if nothing is done they love forward with Impeachment process formally.
