The court issued a bench warrant for Terry's failure to appear. According to L.A. County Court records, William Edward Terry was charged on Wednesday with one count of trespassing for a September incident at the singer's Beverly Hills home. Terry was caught by cops after allegedly jumping the fence to the pop star’s Beverly Hills home. Katy was home with newborn daughter Daisy when Terry tried to break in on September 8.
