New York's Landlord Investigated After Suspicious Apartment Fire

An FDNY dog found traces of accelerant on three gloves inside the car of a Queens landlord whose apartment house burned down in a suspicious fire that killed three people, police sources told The Post.

Cops and fire investigators were searching the home and Toyota 4Runner of Eric Chen in Flushing late Tuesday, when the canine made the discovery, the sources said.

Chen, 29, purchased the home at 90-31 48th Ave. in February, and had since tried evict eight tenants who remained in the house.

Landlords who pays someone to burn their own apartments since they can't evict their tenants, henxe resorted to this evil thing to collect insurance are nothing new for New York either. It was common in the 1960s-1970s, try to look it up, "Decade of Fire"

I am glad he burnt the house down. He wasn't the criminal, the tenants were. Put yourself in the landlord's shoes. You just put your life savings into a home for a downpayment. Your tenants are getting $700/ week unemployment, but they cant pay rent because they know they cant be evicted. In the mean time, they are laughing at you, cussing you out, taunting you that you can't evict them! They're buying new cars and flat screen tvs etc... In the mean time, you still have a large mortgage payment to make. So your'e struggling to make payments  to the bank, you are paying for the tenants to live in your home for free.

Then the city comes and demands taxes or they will foreclose on you. So now you have the bank and the city threatening to foreclose on you. The government cares about the tenants but they never thought about the small business owners or landlords. Now you are not only paying for your tenant to live a free and nice lifestyle, at home, you can barely make your own house mortgage because you're trying to save your rental you put $150k down plus loans up your ass. Your wife or husband is fighting with you because they're stressed and your kids are crying because your family is falling apart.

When you lose everything, then you take drastic actions. That's why people shouldn't take advantage. If the government allowed evictions, this wouldn't push anyone over the brink. Like I said, if youre losing everything you ever worked for, you wouldn't be saying he needs to be punished. He is mentally ill at this point because he has been driven to that point. He also set an example for other free loading tenants because now all of a sudden, they're paying rent. People aren't all stupdi, they get  it. If you push someone too hard, they break. We are after all, just humans..

But the worst part is, most Americans don't see the real agenda behind all this BS. They don't offer real help landlords or small business owners so eventually, businesses go out  of business. Landlords get foreclosed on. Now, boom the coronavirus suddenly got a cure! ok no more unemployment and no more free rent! So millions of people are evicted, they go looking for a job. Oh but there isn't any jobs left because all the businesses closed down, the only jobs left are High tech jobs, High skilled jobs  or Walmart, Amazon, you know the giant corporations that treat you like a number. Even those jobs are scarce because they can't hire everyone... Now millions will lose their homes to foreclosures. That is where the magic begin, because then the wealthy like Amazon, Walmart, the Clintons, Bill gates and those type of people come in and buy your house you paid $200k -300k for $20-30k through foreclosure and a deep recession/depression.

They keep getting richer because people are too busy trying to get free anything for the short term instead of working together to make it in the long term. The middle class is disappearing and the divide between the ultra rich and the poor is becoming stronger and stronger every day. So go ahead, vote to ban guns, vote to defund the police.. keep letting them take your rights because you guys are already asking for it without realizing what really is going to happen.

Once you lose your guns, your lose all rights because you can't fight any government or parties that are corrupted when they have machine guns and you have some trifling 9mm gun.

The sad part is, most Americans don't see that we are a pawn in their chess games and we are falling for all this BS hype, it will be too late when you realize you are a socialist country and it's not going to be pretty.
