In all likelihood the biggest artist of the decade is likely to be someone who isn't even famous yet But of the ones on the list probably Dua Lipa Names like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift etc have been around too long and getting too old to be the it girl of a new starting decade. Im sure they will still have success and be relevant and have lasting careers with longevity, I'm not saying they won't still have big moments in their career. But to even suggest any of these older names could be the biggest ruler of the decade is an extremely unlikely reach I can't think of any name that ruled a decade that started several years after they were already very famous and already had a big peak Madonna came close to rulling the 90s despite being already famous in early to mid 80s but Mariah Carey easily still took the cake for that decade Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
