The Reason Gaga Might Be Uninspired

She definitely had a creative crisis after Joanne. A crisis regarding the purpose of her art. Failing to cure her father's sadness through her music kind of revealed to her the limits of music. (It's a fact that you cannot cure anyone else's sadness. You can only cure your own. She learned it the hard way I guess). That might have led to deeper thinking about why she's making music after all...

Wow that's a really insightful point. It would make sense why it's even more crucial for her as an artist to see Chromatica positively affecting her fans, and why the absence of that is even more devastating for her post-Joanne :ohno:

You should check out this YouTube channel called Shallalla. She has reacted to parts of Gaga's Zane Lowe interview and acouple of other interviews by Gaga. She talks about a 'meaning crisis' which Gaga has probably faced after Joanne.

And also about two kinds of artists: 1. Those who have focused on making art during the pandemic to have meaning in life. (She doesn't mention it but you may consider Taylor in this category) . And 2. Those who have focused on helping others through means other than art to have a sense of meaning in their own life. (Gaga)

Well, I don't think she is uninspired, I think the label decided to promote the album in dates closer to the tour.

I am authistic, so don't be offended if I make a mess sometimes.

Gaga probably experienced her Saturn return when she released Joanne which would explain her need to go back to her roots aka Stefani. I don’t think she will ever be the LG of the past, she’s beyond that now.
