Trump slams US fashion magazines 4 not giving Melania a single cover shoot

President Donald Trump has bashed leading US lifestyle magazines for not giving his wife, Melania Trump, a single front page cover while he has been in office.

In a tweet on Friday, Trump called the First Lady "the greatest of all time," while retweeting a Breitbart post that said "elitist snobs in the fashion press" were ostracizing the "most elegant First Lady in American history."

"Fake News!," Trump added.

Trump fans have long noticed and lamented the absence of the First Lady from US news stands, and often accused the US press of revealing their liberal bias by granting Michelle Obama, the wife of former president Barack Obama, 12 magazine covers in her two terms as First Lady, including three Vogue covers.

Several leading fashion magazines have taken a political stance over the president, most notably Vogue.

Lmao, if any magazines like Vogue or Elle would have put her on the cover they would have been boycotted immediately. They have a huge liberal audience and are backed by LGBTQ+ designers, stylists, designers etc. so they would have faced immense backlash.

There’s a perception of “liberal bias” everywhere because this administration is so incompetent, pathetic, and has aligned itself with so much of what is disgusting about America and human nature, that anyone with an intelligent brain wants to stay away from that. And that OBVIOUSLY includes businesses who want to make a profit or have a reputation to uphold. For ****s sake, our last Republican First Lady was featured on vogue; albeit the Republican Party has changed A LOT since those days.
