Why? I personally don't care what people do. I think Lana is healthy and seems happy, unless her cholesterol is high and she could have diabetes but that's again none of my business. Leo looks very healthy to me just like Lana, she looks very very normal. Id think it's abnormal if she looks morbidly obese or obese tbh

I think it's a cause of concern if the person turns out obese and morbidly obese all of a sudden, that reminds me of Eminem in his dark period when he suddenly turned out very obese and everyone was concerned. But Lana gained weight this year in a normal way, she was never a skinny girl to begin with
