Well it depends where they live, if they live in the UK then he would be an adult at 16. Age of consent in Illinois is 17 I believe... & I think it’s 16 in some states. Either way it’s disgusting just for the fact that he ADOPTED this dude & then proceeded to manipulate him. Even if he didn’t manipulate him, he has NO IDEA how this will affect him once he fully matures intellectually which is why this stuff shouldn’t happen.
