“A lot” is very generous. I think what you mean is very rarely, not usually in developed nations, and not for usually deadly diseases. 

Corona virus isn’t a rarity, this is being done purely to save money by reducing the number of participants required.

Its usually in developed nations as they have the resources to do so. There's a company in London specifically for HCT and there are quite a few. 

Yep, there's trials done on deadly diseases.

You only need to use Google to know that what you're saying is incorrect. 

To add: the ethical part really seems to be the fact that scientists aren't 100% sure how much of the virus to "inject" so to say due to lack of information, whereas other diseases we are more familiar with so its a lot more controlled.

You only need google to see this is extremely rare. Not something done “all the time.”

There are quite a few companies that do this. These in particular are currently working in partnership with the gvt for covid it seems however if you click services you'll see they've been doing it for 10+ years.

200 studies and 45,000 participants (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1044532320300452#bbib0035) is literally almost nothing.

Pfizer and Moderna each had more participants than that for their studies, and that’s one study in one year, not 200 over decades.

Do you know how many studies are performed around the world yearly?  https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/resources/trends Over 350,000 per year.

This is EXTREMELY rare, and not the norm. There are also better reasons for it than what they are doing with this covid research. Them doing this for covid for literally no reason is cause for concern and shouldn’t be brushed off as no big deal.
