Amazing records broken during the lockdowns of 2020 - Guinness World Records

In April, the world united from their homes to share in the virtual musical experience of One World: Together at Home, a global broadcast and digital special co-hosted by the World Health Organization and Global Citizen, with curation from Lady Gaga.

The show, which had appearances from 72 celebrities including Elton John, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez and Sam Smith, set the record titles for most musical acts to perform at a remote music festival and most money raised for charity by a remote music festival.

Their efforts resulted in $127,900,000 USD to support efforts by the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization.

I watched this event the entire day and I don't think I once stopped grinning from ear to ear. Ive never been prouder of Gaga for helping curate such an amazing event ❤

She will be more remembered for stuff like this than any album promotion. But the promo obsessed aren't ready for that conversation

I'm also not very glad with the promo for this album but she did an AMAZING job for doing this, THIS was much more important and needed than any album promotion, and she got a lot of praise for it (even now I see hit posts about how much money she raised for this show)
