Could you elaborate on what "theories" you're referring to?

I don't have theories. You were the one who used that word which is why it's in quotes. Do you need an explanation on how quotes work too?

Why are you acting so aggressive lmao. You said it's the "far left" confirming "those theories", that's why I asked which theories are the ones confirmed by the "far left". Neoliberal theories? Sis, those are the theories that neoliberals made, and since then many other economic theories were put into place, like communist ones, that support the idea of a more humane control of society, not taking decisions on the basis of how the markets will act, but the people. I don't really undersand how do you reach the conclusion that the far left confirms neoliberal theories? My point was that you can't explain or shut down an argument solely by providing the dictionary definition of something, let alone an entire economic ideology.

The fact that people here unironically mention communism when talking about Bernie and quote a dictionary definition of an entire ideology as "evidence" is proof enough that they have no fvcking idea about what they're talking about :rip:

Agressive?

Your first comment directed at me behind my back because you didn't quote me was  literally that I have no [[[fvcking]]] idea what I'm talkng about. I think I've been nice enough to address your nonsense after that. And now you have the audacity to call me agresive. You literally flamebaited me into an argument. Gurl, playing the victim is a quality the far left loves to milk. Here's a perfect example.  I really don't have time for this anymore.

Congrats Pete on your cabinet position. Haters can seethe.

Yes, because you have no idea what you're talking about. And after all these comments, you still don't. Nothing bad about it, you can learn, but don't comment like you have the knowledge. If your debate is based not only on giving out dictionary definitions but also asking the other person if they know what quotes mean when your original comment was nonsensical to begin with, then you don't even know what to say. Kind enough to address me, yes. You might want to check on that kindness, it didn't show on your replies.

Girl whatever. If you want to play the condescending victim the rest of your life go ahead. But don't ask yourself why people are responding with condescension when that's how you began the conversation.

People don't really support Pete. They just have a grudge against anyone who supports Bernie. Because they can't grasp the larger notion that America's the only first world nation that has an infrastructure of a third world nation. That's why whenever anyones critical of Pete they talk stan lingo and say "you're pressed Pete won Ohio". That's all they ever have to say. Nevermind the fact that Pete had a Trump moment, Pete declared himself the winner before all the votes were counted.

Being a neoliberal may as well be a gateway political stance to becoming a republican. Pete like Biden have an idea or two that are progressive then call it a day and pretend to be trail blazers. :saladga:

“People don’t support Pete they just hate Bernie”

Proceeds to win re-election with 80% of the vote...lol do you even read what you write.

I promise you not every Buttigieg supporter hates Bernie...I wanted Bernie to win the nomination over Biden and I also supported Buttigieg over Biden...am I just an obsessed Bernie hater? You can’t use blanket statements and not expect them to come back and bite you in the ass. Move the **** on already, the pettiness is pathetic. Just because someone remotely supports another candidate doesn’t mean they automatically hate and despise every other one. That logic doesn’t even make sense. But sure, continue your victim complex

Thanks for proving my point :)Pete stans never realize the reality of the situation. They think it's some sort of reality show, that it's about drama and gossip. Its not. Pete and Biden do so little to help people. "At least I'm not Trump" is not a winning policy that will help the poor. Being a moderate means nothing in the system will fundamentally change. Itll be a band aid or two on a severed arm.

There's entire posts here that show Pete is a better orator than mayor, I don't see what's not clicking. Bernie has his faults, I'm not committed to Bernie himself, but his ideas (which are not his alone, in other first world nations theres dime a dozen politicians that have the same ideas) that fight for a future for disenfranchised people. My favorite thing about Pete is how he denounces the "revolutionary politics" of Bernie, a way to attack and belittle Bernie, when those same "revolutionary politics" in the 60s are part of what allow him to call himself a gay man running for office. Its as if its an omen for how many ladders he will pull up from others.

In what universe is a mediocre mayor of a small town in Indiana that was openly condemned by Black Lives Matter qualified to oversee the entirety of the US transportation system? :rip:

Biden's cabinet is a disaster, across the board. Wall Street ghouls, military contractors, war criminals, healthcare lobbyists... "Nothing will fundamentally change," for sure.

In what world, second openly gay cabinet members of United States is made unfit because it was criticized by an organization far away from any common sense to the extent that they publically organize race segregated events.

Unfortunately expected Mayo Pete to be on the cabinet in some way. As a queer person, representation doesn’t matter when that representation isn’t accurate to many of us on the margins of the lgbtq community. Agree that at least the fascist is gone but here we go with 4 more years of same old, neoliberal garbage.

His representation is accurate of majority of the lgbt people who do not make their sexual orientation/gender identity centre piece of their public persona.

Coming to these positions require significant personal ability and achievements which require personal development that would dispense with petty associations that many use to make themselves feel special.

Hence if you expect a twitter cringe to feel represented, you’ll hopefully have to wait forever. Take the example of the first trans senator, McBride, her representation is also not accurate to what would be considered the margins of lgbtq community we all are super familiar with because they are loud on social media.
