Because they have far too much time on their hands and feels like they’re being funny and trendy but really they’re tired, delayed and desperate for attention so they decide to come on GGD

No. It just means you can do a lot that many people can't, like buy Grammy noms/awards :billie:

noun. ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.

Money gives her the power to do a lot that many can’t.

Being powerful is something determined by action. Having loads of money doesn't necessarily mean you are powerful. You could have 2Bn dollars in your account and go on lavish holidays, and live in a giant mansion... doesn't mean you are powerful. It just means that you're rich.

powerful adjective. having great power or strength.

power noun. ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.

So using your immense money to do or accomplish something isn’t powerful?

No :billie:  (unless its for a good cause like charity, but not getting Grammy awards or writing credits)

If she sang on the track then yes she should get credit.

I just hope they’re not pushing their child into singing and acting and fashion designing when she doesn’t want to...

So using money to do or accomplish something is only powerful if it’s for a good cause? That doesn’t seem to coincide with the definition.

Well lets see. If you had 2 million dollars but then decided to fund racist hate groups, and then spend it only on yourself (like going on holiday on a private jet, and buying 2 mansions), would you go "that person is a powerful person"? No. Absolutely not.

As I said, power is something determined by ACTION. Why would buying something like Grammy noms be powerful? Its not powerful at all, it just shows that a person has money.

Having money is one thing. Its what you do with it that counts.

That doesn’t coincide with the definition of either word though.

Don’t waste your energy. GGD is waiting for the ruin of Beyoncé, which won’t happen anytime soon. The more she thrives the more people on here fume. It’s a show, just enjoy it. :billie:

Please ignore the spelling in username. I am a Beyonce stan afterall.

It does. You gave the definition, in which said that power is determined by actions, i.e the ability to do. The nominations Bey got and the credit for BI doesn't demonstrate power at all.

Is blue a recording artist? Will you be okay if they  nominate kylie jenner when they nominate WAP?

Excellent analogy.
