What is your opinion on Evermore ?

I like the lead single, but the album.. 
After the first 2 songs, I get bored. I know is Folklore 2.0, but I hope with her next album, she will come with a new sound.

Overall a good album. If you listen to the whole body of work. 

 

 I still prefer Folklore though.

I love it, not as much as folklore tho. I have been distant from her previous era sounds (reputation to lover). Folklore and this album really pulled me back.

they’re literally supposed to be like two halves of a whole why would she give it a new sound

The lyrics are very poetic. The first half is stronger. I think Folklore has more standout tracks and consistency in general, but the album is still a wonder, considering that it's a quick effort in lockdown.
