Britney was SO involved in Glory, she co-wrote a lot of the songs, she even helped a lot with the background music/noises, she did the claps and other sound effects (she's not done this on previous albums that i'm aware of). SHE is the one who came up with the song concepts for the majority of the songs and told the producers what sort of sound she wanted. You could tell how much she loved Glory, it was shown in all of her interviews too during that era. Plus you're judging a song that is unfinished from 5 years ago that didn't even make the album.
