I'm sorry, but this makes no sense. It's just like saying you have to experience a mental condition to be able to treat it. And, once again, as I read on twitter earlier today, some people were claiming that you should identify yourself (or make a self diagnosys) of autism. Do you know how dangerous this is? I'm not saying it's exactly the same situation, of course, but there are people who actually know what they are talking about. It's not like they are being mean just because they don't feel what you feel. If there's a lack of representation of medical staff regarding the research, analysis and "treatment" (I am not sure if there is even a treatment) by people who actually experience(d) It, then there should be encouragement for these people to take part in this issue. I regularly mix up he and she in English even speaking with cis people, it seems so confusing to think of a person as a gender while talking about them at that moment. Now in my language even the objects have genders, like "refrigerator" has a female gender and "freezer" has a male gender. Só for NB people is really difficult to be accepted by the society cause the idiom as a whole is not neutral. Proprietary of @Xi Jinping

I'm just saying that latin languages like spanish, portuguese (my case), french and so on, applies gender to everything, from nouns to adjectives, to adverbs and all. And this make it harder for NB people to be accepted by the general people. There are ways to prevent this like avoid putting adjectives when referring to them, or using neutral adverbs. Some people also suggest to substitute "a" or "o" in the words for "e", even though it's not practical and when doing this you actually ignore the poor and marginalized people that don't have a fair access to education. So as you see, it is something hard to implement in English or german language countries, but it is even harder in latin language countries. No, what I mean is that people should separate gendering objects from gendering people, and accept that people have preferences and identities other people should respect.
