It "saves space", might provide better water resistance, no broken ports (this has happened to me) etc. But overall my take is that Apple should just bite the bullet and switch to USB-C. Supersonic 49,376 Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 Wireless charging is stupid and still largely dangerous because of overheating and the many fires that have been caused because of it and a physical port is literally the only way to be able to listen to HD music, as Bluetooth still does not support frequencies above 20,000 Hz. danbekim 3,065 Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 I think it's time to move on from iPhone, it is much more expensive than any other brand's phones, they come with a charger and it won't die in 2 hours of use. I love my iPhone all though it is much more complicated than another phone brand and dies in 2-3 years. They removed the headphone jack, the charger and now the charging hole too, it's so ridiculous.
