why are pop stans so obsessed with promo

you literally never see this in the rap/hip hop/indie communities. they know how to actually enjoy the music

because when Gaga performs, its an event with a concept, a story, and extremely good live vocals and dancing.

Mumble rappers? Cannot relate.

Also, you would have expected that an artist and an ENTERTAINer like Gaga would have put out a lot of content during the pandemic. The world had a pretty rough and dark year because of Covid. Chromatica is healing, but it really is an entertainers job to try perk up the spirits of people again through their art medium. An album wasn't enough imo

It’s cuz Twitter bullied her off the internet in 2014 lol she’s never recovered from that unfortunately. Like Ma... all the toxic fans have left/grown up, please read the room and stop being afraid of talking to your own fans like you used to

Did you at least heard what he said? Because he made several points. Stop being so damn rude.

No I didn’t, because he’s

1. obnoxious

2. an idiot

based on videos I’ve seen of him in the past.

I don’t like him, and I’m not one to think he’s somebody to tell Gaga what to do or not with her career.

I mean... he’s not wrong.

They didn’t adapt... pandemic or no pandemic the era could have been better managed.

Yet you still decided to comment your ignorant opinion on this thread about a video made by the YouTuber that you don't like... makes sense :bear:

It took me much less time to comment how much of an obnoxious idiot he is than watching the video so yes, it makes sense to me.

Why are you here on this thread? If you believe in what you say, why bother? Not only did you not bother to watch to video or open your eyes, you just decided to mouth off and go on about your obnoxious idiotic opinion on the man... :bear:

Honestly, you being here on this thread is a waste of time if you don't like the guy. You can like and dislike things but what we're not gonna do is call people obnoxious idiots when you have no idea what he is like or what his videos are like. Don't come here just to spread hate

I do know what he is like; I have an opinion of him by watching enough of him to know he is an obnoxious idiot.

Also, it’s extremely easy to point fingers and act like a Little Manager and say what Gaga should have done, should be doing or should do with her career. I’m not spreading hate, I’m spreading common sense.

Why do you have to be so rude?

He clearly said what he and other monsters missed in this era, if you don’t like him at all then don’t be rude and spend time hating

COME ON GAYS!!

I love Zach Campbell so thanks for posting his new video, I didn't know it dropped. So thanks for the updated on that

I totally can hear what he is saying and I understand how he can feel this way. A lot of points he brought up, I see a lot of other Little Monsters saying the same thing. It was so unfortunate on how this all happened to her. I can't imagine how her and her team must be feeling. Having a new album, a new world tour, music videos, etc. planned, and then getting the rug pulled under your feet because of world events. I will say from some of her tweets and what she has been doing, I think it must have been so hard for her to put Chromatica on the backburner. We all know she is a people person. She believes in kindness, love, and peace. Therefore, when all of this was going down (Pandemic, the movements, voting, etc.) she had to make a choice and how her morals and her believes had to take precedence. She even delayed Chromatica because as she said, "it didn't feel like the right time". There were other things going on that she wanted to have the spotlight on.  We all know she wants us, humans, to be safe and when she did the MTV she preached about wearing masks and being safe cuz here in America, we messed up. I think about if she were to do a live concert event or stream, like she is putting herself, dancers, creative team, and also the Little Monsters at risk. People congregated in the same room is still not a safe decision, even if you get rapid tested and or tested. And you know if she would do a live stream people would get together in person to watch it and celebrate. So I feel like it's quite hard to do anything at this point when you want people to be safe. Doing 911 music video must have been real hard for her because even though it was outside, people where still together so I can't imagine how this is stunting the Chromatica era. Gosh this woman has been through a lot, I feel like most of her career she has had setbacks with her visions for her eras(leaks, management, health problems, etc.). I just hope she knows that we still love Chromatica and we will still play and share it and when the time comes we will celebrate it. It's not going anywhere because it's a masterpiece and the album of the decade!

Every word of this.

Gaga ran into a perfect storm of problems coinciding with this era.  She cares so much about people she put the world and national problems above the era.  Good for her.   She has always been about helping people.  There are so many considerations that are more important than promoting an era.

I live outside the space time continuum.

Tbh, he made some valid points. I love Gaga but i want more from the era, Chromatica is such an interesting concept and the album was just too incredible to let it go. I think that maybe next year she will revive the era and hopefully do more mv's and performances because in November we'll be in the Gucci era.

Honestly it’s not even about having promo for now. To me it’s more about being able to look back on the era years from now and relive it through interviews and performances. We have that for every single era and I love looking back on them through everything she did. Chromatica is one of my fave Gaga albums, and it makes me sad to think that years from now there won’t be much to look back on to relive

I mean... this year will already be pretty depressing to look back on in the first place :selena:
