They keep the streams steady and stable, and they show up as new releases. Also they are great to end up in Workout/Themed Playlists. They don’t hurt.. even if they just work as a little reminder for fans.. they do something to keep things steady. Why would fans care about “xyz” being a single, if there’s basically the exact same version online to stream since the album is out and they already saved it, and they will only rewatch a mv so many times. Releasing remixes with a feature, or acoustic versions, or remixes that work as an alternative verson, could do wonders for her. She could have extended Stupid Love’s chart run at least a little bit by releasing the acoustic version with the chorus she talked about. Releasing a second version of Sour Candy with another Gaga verse or bridge. Babylon with its HausLabs version (shouldn’t call it that tho). The potential is endless. Imagine if she released the acoustic version of Sine just like she releases remixes? Not releasing a version of 911 including Chromatica II on streaming platforms is still so stupid to me, that should have been the move after the VMAs. It all would keep the streams she gets more stable. One thing that always helped Gaga was great remixes broadening her audience by being played on the radio, in certain locations like the gym and in clubs. She has a top 10 remix album, don’t forget. I don't think that's what she's saying here, but it could be a factor. Gaga in 2009-11 was literally EVERYWHERE. Every breath got a news article. Same with Britney until she had her breakdown. With Dua, Billy and Ariana, to name a few, you always hear this talk about overexposure, but back then were different times and the insanity that went down with Gaga, Britney and very few others is very rare, and none of the girls are near that, thankfully. Nickypie101 1,591
I love this. Why not get the most out of an album? Deluxe editions, side b’s, remixes, we could only dream of having that

RickMonster98 7,476
She must be careful if a deluxe edition is coming she cant release anymore singles from the original. This would lead her to overexposure and would affect her negatevely for the next era. But if she had to choose one more single, Love Again must be it

It comes so easy for her She plays safe. She makes music for masses, which is evident from her last interview where she said she was scared that her song is not going to do well in US. Ofc in some cases the remix can actually make a bad song sound decent but in Gaga's case i feel like it's the opposite This one is better than the actual song End Racism Now
