Spotify Global Update - 27/11/2020

Plastic Hearts:

23 (-9)   Prisoner (feat. Dua Lipa) by Miley Cyrus    3,364,799 (+650k)

47 (+15) Midnight Sky by Miley Cyrus    1,954,313 (+532k)

50    Angels Like You by Miley Cyrus    1,848,307

95    Plastic Hearts by Miley Cyrus    1,221,989

98    WTF Do I Know by Miley Cyrus    1,198,179

131 Night Crawling (feat. Billy Idol) by Miley Cyrus 1,014,204

134    Heart Of Glass (Live from the iHeart Festival) by Miley Cyrus    1,008,403

138    Gimme What I Want by Miley Cyrus    994,592

194    High by Miley Cyrus    781,860

A total of approximately: 13.37M

This is only counting 9 of the 15 tracks (the 9 that debuted in the top 200)

Assuming the remaining 6 tracks get an average of 500k (they will do more probably) then we have a 16-17M debut.

Apparently Younger Now debuted with 6M so this is good I think!

Stability is key

Let's see if it holds up or if it pulls a Chromatica

After all the raving reviews on this site I am excited to listen to it! Haven’t yet as I’ve been busy with other things. I’m not fussed about her numbers tbh, they may even go up later.

Breaking news - Miley doesn't care for charts as she should.

Honestly I think this isn't that bad. She did more than double than her last album. Yeah it didn't Folklore/Positions/Chromatica numbers but who was expecting it to anyways? Let's see how it stabilizes.

Chromatica held up pretty well for like 5 months so it’s not a fitting example I’m afraid :laughga:

It did hold up well because the initial numbers were so amazing that even though it was constantly falling it was still doing great numbers for a lot of time. Of course it also fell like that because it was completely ignored.
