I mean, yeah it's nice that Gaga has won a bunch (remember she's also been heavily snubbed too), but the Grammys ALWAYS mess up one way or another and they deserve to be boycotted. Their credibility, especially in the past decade, has gone to ѕhit.

If Gaga wins any of her nominations great, I'll be happy for her because she'll probably be happy too. But if she doesn't, remember that she isn't losing anything of value

I'm sorry but Gaga even stole his place, Chromatica and Rain on Me nominated and not Blinding Lights? You kidding me?

Not even one nomination - it's clearly an intentional snub of the weeknd, given how he has been everywhere and given the quality of his art.

The only explanation I can think of is Drake or one of his enemies paying someone high up off.

There's just no way they wouldn't recognise him, especially after BLM and black people being all the trend, they'd want to show how progressive they are and this is ideal opportunity cuz he deserves it not because of his skin colour!

I understand what you're saying, but he probably wouldn't find it useful, and he probably would suffer from this media coverage. I think it's misinformation more than true racism since Beyoncé is the most nominated artist.

However I agree, it's time, as Grammy voters, to know what the difference between Pop and R&B is, and that it doesn't depend on a skin color. After Hours was clearly a POP album.

But after all, I doubt The Weeknd cares that much. He just loves making music and when he wins an award, he looks like someone who was just forced to wake up from his nap. 

 

But yeah, the GRAMMYs should get their sh*t together and learn the difference between Pop and R&B, because it's reaaaally starting to become embarrassing at this point

Did she really steal his place tho? Maybe only in Pop Vocal, but her other nomination is in Pop Duo and obviously Blinding Lights wouldn’t have gotten a nom there.
