she's legally not allowed to record reputation now though so i doubt she would do that (if she was gonna do this thing outside the law she would have already been recording for a year now)

Like, just because she records it, doesn’t mean she will drop it now. So I’m not sure if it’s actually an issue honestly. 

If you do know for sure, can you please educate me on it?

Legally, a file cannot exist with re-recorded music until her contract allows it. 
 

This is the excuse Scooter and Scott were using to block her from performing a medley of her hits at the AMAs last year, since a recording of the performance was going to exist and legally would constitue as a re-recording, which was a breach of contract.  
 

But that doesn’t mean that she couldn’t start planning it before hand, I’m sure she had the entire studio ready the second the clock struck midnight on November 1st dd
