I never said that Babylon would work as a lead single. Sour Candy or Sine From Above were better choices. 

The Edge of Glory is a perfect song from a perfect album. We don’t touch BTW, but imo Babylon is a better closing song. 

Also, I don’t care about critical acclaim. Stupid Love is repetitive, the lyrics make no sence, it’s no deep at all, is just catchy. Yes, I listen to it because is a bob, nothing more. 

Thank God they choose Alice over SL. Alice is that song, it has character, is enjoyable, has better lyrics and better production.

The possibility of The Weeknd winning all categories make me really sad. Straight cis men get things really easy. Blinding Lights is the most BASIC POP, he is BASIC, just like Bruno Mars, he does BASIC stuff and people compare them to Michael Jackson.

They are so basic, I am not saying the song is bad, I am just saying these guys do whatever and still are praised.

I like Everything I Wanted, but have no idea why everyone’s predicting it in major categories. Like why...?

Gaga’s best shot is Pop Duo. 

Future Nostalgia is def going into the race with more steam than Chromatica, even though quality-wise they are extremely similar. Unfortunately I think this has to do with the GP’s lower expectations for Dua, which she exceeded by far. Once again, the high standards that Gaga is held to is a double-edged sword...

Why are they only predicting the major categories? Can't they even predict pop? I don't get why people are saying that Gaga may not even get nominations here. She must be on lock for best pop duo and best pop album for sure. What even can they nominate in best pop duo other than ROM, Dynamite and possibly a Blackpink song? There were no other big pop collabs this year unless they throw a bone to Stuck With U and allow Say So to go into pop by counting the remix version. So, I think it's safe to say she'll have 2 nominations at least. Even if she goes away with just 1 win for best pop duo, I'll be more than happy. It was unquestionably the biggest pop collab of the year, it has to win. Yeah, she'll be up against BTS for sure but k-pop is still gaining traction and I don't think it'll be lucky to take home one award at this point in time and may just be about getting nominations at the moment.

I like The Weeknd, but yeah, it saddens me that some of his most basic singles are the ones that end up becoming his big hits. Heartless, which I love, debuted at #1 late last year but everyone seemed to move on and forget about it, I doubt anyone even realises this went to #1 and yet Blinding Lights, which is clearly a lot more basic, had multiple weeks at #1 this year and is still a massive hit and is one of the biggest successes of the year. Yeah, it doesn't take much for men to be compared to legends, even when they do the same thing over and over and don't develop their sound whereas women have to do somersaults of experimentation and reinvention every few years or people accuse them of trying to cruise by on the same old thing.

Ur biased lol, Blinding Lights is amazing and def the most deserving for SOTY, and I'm no The Weeknd stan. Blinding Lights is actually the first song by him that I enjoyed. If he doesn't win it, it's a circus

Really not, I like his songs, but he is so basic. It's just basic pop.
