It is a cover by while I don't believe is a horrible white man or entity of nature and am sure is an innocent fella, I am definitely not amused that people are making his cover go viral over Corinne's and I'm glad people finally brought it up  What's worse is that it charted on the Hot 100 already and I'm scared it's gonna chart higher than Corinne's OG bitd

Ok I understand the rage and Corinne’s version is absolutely stellar and iconic and definitely deserves the recognition, but at the same time how many covers have had success that matched or eclipsed their originals? Its not like its his fault for wanting to cover a song and then it becomes a hit...

You know the songs that you just have memorized your whole life? It was totally one of those songs for me. My mom really loves that song — around when it came out, she’d play it all the time. just perfectly captures taking a moment to breathe, relax and reassure yourself, pure brilliance she captured
