The good and iconic makeup looks from the BTW era music videos, magazine shoots and live performances were done by Billy B and others like for example Val Garland, the host and judge of Glow Up on Netflix. Tara was basically the girl she always had as a backup and also the tour make-up artist. But the tour looks usually get planned in advance, the makeup artist who creates them makes tests on Gaga, lists products and steps and a cheaper artist tries to replicate it. She was also present for ARTPOP too. I feel like Sexxx Dreams is written about Tara and they had a little fling who knows. Glad to hear they still talk, I didn't doubt that they didn't.
