Bessemer Trust appointed as Co-Conservator with Jamie Spears

The judge has revealed she will not suspend Jamie Spears today. However, the positive news is that Bessemer Trust has been appointed as Co-conservator.

Bessemer Trust is who Britney wanted to be SOLE Conservator of her Estate, they are a professional financial fiduciary who deal with Apple, Google etc.

Sam Ingham claimed he will file to remove Jamie Spears, so hopefully that will happen soon.

This comes after Samuel Ingham revealed in court that multiple times Britney has told him that she is scared of her father and will not work while Jamie is in charge of her career.

"It is no secret that the relationship between Britney and Jamie has been contentious.. Jamie has continued for years now to impose unreasonable and debilitating demands on Britney"

Lynne Spears stated she also wishes for Jamie Spears to be removed and for Bessemer Trust to become sole conservator of Britney's Estate.

Jamie Spears referred to Britney as a 'race horse' and should be treated as one - Lynne's lawyers stated in no way is Britney a 'racehorse' as referred to as being by Jamie.

The hearing is to be continued on December 16th 2020.

Does that mean that Jamie will already have less freedom on using Britney's money?

Also I think thanks to this there will be more chances for James to get removed as there will already be someone else with experience to replace him and who already got time to get used to the job.

It's unclear, Sam Ingham allegedly said he is going to file to remove Jamie (he said he requested this and Jamie's team said he did not specifically request for Bessemer to be sole conservator).

We'll see what is filed in the coming weeks ahead of the next hearing.

Yes I understood that. What I meant was that now that there is a co-conservator, Jamie will probably have less freedom on using Britney's money freely as Bessemer will be there to keep an eye on Britney's finances too? Like if weird things happened to Britney's money they would know it's Jamie so Jamie would have to be careful

Wasn't the team of lawyers Britney was allowed to hire, there? Because we keep hearing about this only one lawyer for her but where are the others? On the other hand they have this team of sharks on Jamie's side...  And I feel like they keep finding "mistakes" he (Britney's lawyer) made on the requests.

Now all is left to do is remove Jamie. It's so much progress considering she's been stuck that way for 10 years, I wonder if she found courage to go through this because of the fans
