As President, he is almost untouchable... He is treated as a king, people do whatever he tells them, he can fire as many people as he wants just like his reality TV show, he gets the best medical treatment available, he lives in the white house, he has a whole half of the country that literally worships him like a cult, he doesn't have to worry about those taxes he owes (yet), he gets to treat politics like a business, he wants to feel important and have the whole world be about HIM, etc...
