So I saw many tweets on what Joe Biden presidency means to a lot of countries.

And as for England/UK, it is likely The Brexit

Will Biden Presidency will help to reverse Brexit? Or will there be further negotiation with Boris Johnson?  :oprah:

Biden is pro-eu and is going to look out for ireland. The british government will have no choice but to negotiate because they are no longer going to be able to get away with breaking norms and laws that trump allowed them to

It means a lot for Scotland because Biden is pro-EU and also pro-Independence. So it looks good for us when we break free from the UK Union and want to create bonds with the US. After all, Scotland and the US are good allies.

I think the UK’s only saving grace with Biden will be its investment and shared interest in renewable energy. That’s something Boris and Trump didn’t see eye to eye on, the UK believes in the potential of renewable energy where as obviously the Trump administration couldn’t care less. You have to consider that the US is now behind other countries in that regard and perhaps that’s a good thing in their eyes. The UK can offer assistance in helping the US catch up and that’s pretty my much the only thing we could offer really.

Isn't Biden pro the union?

Biden said: “I think the United Kingdom... uh, well look, I learned from Scottish friends, the last thing to do is to suggest to a Scot what he should do. So I’m going to stay out of that. We have a great alliance now."

It was a less than enthusiastic endorsement of the Better Together campaign.

It would seem odd, too, for a US President to want to break up its closest ally.

No. What he basically said was that he respects the democratic will of the Scottish people and says that people shouldn't tell us what to do. He said that Scotland and the US have a great alliance now.

As it stands, Brexit is irreversible.

There will be further negotiations with Boris but overall this isn't a good outcome for the UK. The whole issue with Scotland will be a mess of spectacular proportions.

The mistake That Brexit was/is will become more obvious and populist politics will break into pieces with BJ being only one of few populist PM/PRESIDENTS in western world.
