I'm starting to think some ppl just enjoy the thrill of protesting for the sake of protesting or something like it's the cool trendy thing to do cuz there's a lot of times it makes no sense I totally would get it if there was evidence that the election was being rigged or that votes weren't being counted properly but so far all were seeing is Trump act like a sore looser. I think creating a situation for something that may not even happen is really jumping the gun That being said it wouldn't shock me in the slightest if Trump did try to pull or manipulate something like that... The bar has really been brought down that low. I never thought I'd see this kind of dictatorship mentality out of a leader in a developed nation in 21st century. We been knew police have been acting like trash I don't think the obvious needs to be pointed out here. But I'm saying why are they protesting something that hasn't even happened yet? It's not shaming to genuinely ask why the heck they are protesting something that is still non existent And to be completely frank given how crazy things are right now and how anything can set anything off it seems more that a little unnecessary to be doing this. There's no reason to risk triggering something when it may turn out to be completely unnecessary Ppl like this are not helping division or the situation either by insinuating a situation to the other side that so far there's no evidence it has occured I don't buy the mentality that there's always a right and a wrong side. I think that's way too black and white and a simplistic way to look at things without considering all the important things at play The police can be total scum bags with the people that are protesting still not necessarily having made the most progmatic or sensible decision either. Just because one side is acting horribly doesn't mean the ones they are attacking automatically did the smartest thing. Things are really crazy right now and it's best if ppl speak and fight at the right times. Sturring up things by making assumptions something will happen (in this case rigged votes) without even any evidence that it is happening during a time when the Nation is dangerously divided I find is an extremely unhelpful and stupid thing to do. It's not "victim shaming to point that out" and just because I'm saying that doesn't mean I'm defending the police because I'm not Ppl on this side just have a sides issue. They always think if u point out a flaw in one side it means ur supporting the other. Grow ur brain a little past 6 year old level reasoning would u? If you aren’t aware the right and Trump are already on the offense calling voter fraud and threatening to steal the election... and you somehow think people should sit still? When your first instinct is to question citizens’ right to protect their votes validity but not the violence of police. Yah yah centrist drivel no right and wrong side.
