The article is right, which is why it's unlikely for Trump. The majority of remaining votes are in blue areas (Pima and Mariscopa county which is Phoenix metropolitan area). Not to mention the votes remaining are drop offs/last day mail ins which already heavily favors dems. So Biden is going to win, but there is still a chance for it to go Trump.
