Take this Wyoming has 3 electoral votes, California has 55. 3/55 is 3 times greater than both: Registered voters of Wyoming / Same of Cali Population of Wyoming / Same of Cali Hence an individual’s vote in smaller states with 3 electoral votes can be about 3 times more valuable than an individual’s vote in a big state.
