It was accusations of socialism that cost Biden Florida :poot:

I don't see Bernie doing any better. Especially not with the blue collar workers in Michigan that Biden is trying to win back. People like his policies but they clearly aren't willing to take a chance on his candidacy. If they were, he would have won against Hillary or Biden.

Moderates as presidents are fine. They're supposed to be unifiers anyway so being a centrist makes sense. We need more progressives in the senate and house though. Expand "the squad" and give Bernie more senate friends.

That's how I see it at least.

Bernie did better with Cuban voters in Florida than Biden did, though. I just don’t see any data bearing this sort of analysis out at all.

Biden’s camp literally said that they didn’t see Latinos as a part of their path to victory. They spent tens of millions of dollars in the state on ads, but almost nothing on voter turnout efforts and Latino outreach.

I get this line of thinking, but I just haven’t seen any data that actually supports it. I fully believe that Bernie’s overwhelming support with Latinos would have carried over into Florida, despite the conventional wisdom (which has largely been proven false in every other respect tonight).
